● During office hours 9:00 am – 5:00 pm: rates upon request.
● Outside office hours 5:00 pm – 9:00 am: rates upon request.
● The fee for the availability of Remote Hands, 24-7. (upon request)
● Each request has a minimum of 2 hours per incident.
● End of Activity Notification:
    Provide client with a verbal completion report of all repairs and/or maintenance activities within 15 minutes.
